I've had a great experience living at Village Apartments. The property is clean, well maintained, and quiet. A special thank you to the manager, Aubrey, who is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any issue I've had was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

So far the best apartment complex I used in Treasure Valley. A few great things about it: -Fresh. It's a recent construction, and they are taking great care of it; -Pet friendly but clean. Rules to clean after pets are enforced + staff clears grass regularly; -Amenities. Great leasing office building with TVs for small parties, pool, hot tub, doggy spa, compact gym that has all you need. -Security. The building is locked, and only residents have keys. The biggest thing that keeps me staying is the team that runs the complex. Something broke in the apartment - maintenance is here today or the next day. Have a request or complaint - it's received and acted upon. It just feels like people here care about residents. That's key to me, the rest is just a nice bonus.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and fully intend to renew my lease for a third. My experience with this community has been nothing but positive. Every member of the leasing team has been wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Aubrey, the Property Manager, for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the residents. The leasing and maintenance teams are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely care about the people who live here. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve listened, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to resolve it in a timely manner. I’ve always felt heard, valued, and welcomed every time I’ve interacted with the office. It’s rare to find a community where you can truly rely on the staff, but this is one of them. If you’re looking for an apartment community with exceptional management, responsive maintenance, and a team that genuinely cares about its residents, I highly recommend making this your next home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely one of the best properties I've lived at. The staff is incredible and so helpful. Maintenance is on top of everything. Cannot recommend enough.

We have been very pleased at the Village Apartments in Meridian. The management and maintenance team have been responsive and amazing as well. It’s a great community to live at, especially with all the amenities, and social events that take place monthly. I also love that the apartments are in a prime location with shopping, grocery stores, and a park nearby. Thank you to Mandy, Marcie, and all the other staff members here to make this place a wonderful place to live!
