In the few months that I have lived here I have felt home. The property manager, Mandy is very attentive and customer service oriented. She has made me feel welcomed here. She listens to your concerns or feedback and follows up with you. I had an amazing experience with Mandy being the property manager at one of my last apartment complexes. Moving here made it an extra bonus. There is so much offered here at these apartments; pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, bbqs to use, pickle ball court, secured buildings, gym, community events….. did I mention valet garbage pick up from your door! This grounds are clean and maintained. The clubhouse is clean and inviting. The location is within walking distance to the Village, Kleiner Park, restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend this place.

This is perhaps the best experience I have had in many years. Bryson the leasing agent was by far the best agent I have ever had! I had many questions regarding renting. Not only did Bryson address my concerns but even when I had no questions he sent an email a week later as a follow up to see how things were going. I noticed there are many beautiful properties in the Treasure Valley. However, the way one is treated goes far beyond the beauty of any facility. I must also admit having said that, the complex itself happens to be extremely gorgeous. That's a bonus but for me the true takeaway is - The Staff! Thanks, Ailin.

We love the amenities at our apartment complex! The staff is wonderful and maintenance issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. Kitchens and bathrooms are very modern and spacious. One negative, and unfortunately it's a big one; noise from upstairs neighbor is VERY loud. It's not that they are even doing anything out of the ordinary... just walking around. It sounds like the ceiling is going to collapse. The grounds are great for dog walking and Kliner Park is just a few blocks away.

We have been here since the end of June right as the second building was completed and opened for tenants . Since then we have watched as each subsequent building finished construction and have been so happy to see how things have continued to just get better and better! Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. There are also plenty of events offered to help us build community among our neighbors. Perhaps the biggest assets the Village Apartments has though is its amazing leasing staff! They are so friendly and responsive and you can absolutely tell how much they want to make this place a great place to live! There are definitely hiccups with trying to open a brand new apartment community but Mandy and Aubrey and the rest of the staff have done such a great job with making the transition as smooth as possible. The communication from the leasing office is also next level! You hear often about other apartment complexes having difficulties reaching their apartment managers and staff but that is definitely not the case here! The Village Apartments is just a great community to be a part of all around!

It’s a tough job to deal with opening a new apartment complex and there are many hiccups to work out but honestly, Mandy and Aubrey have been fantastic. They are incredibly responsive, which to me is a huge benefit because you hear so often about how other apartment communities have difficulties trying to reach their apartment managers. That is definitely not the case here!

Village Apartments is a marvelous place to live. The complex offers great security ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Not only is it beautiful, but the managers do get togethers/host events with everyone in the complex to get to know everyone and have fun! The environment is clean and nice! The location is fantastic due to having an easy access to the shopping centers, and restaurants! Everyone here is warm welcoming and friendly! Cause of the events that get planned, almost everyone knows everybody making it more inviting to be around. My apartment has a beautiful glimpse of the mountains with the warmth of the natural lightning beaming through my windows making it feel like home. It’s modern inside making it feel like you don’t need a house to truly feel at home. This picture was taken at the office for the valentine’s Day event hosted by the amazing managers!! There was drinks, treats and food and even someone playing live music for entertainment. Not only was the food delicious and high-quality, but they put time into decorating the whole office to make it look welcoming and enjoyable!

The best apartment complex from the initial tour through the move in process through now day to day living. Great accommodations from the club house to the gym and beyond. This place is awesome. I feel like everything you could want in an apartment complex is right here. Management (Mandy and Aubrey) are very helpful and really care about the residents. It is a brand new complex so sometimes there are little hiccups, but they always get it taken care of quickly. I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet, but the maintenance team is very nice when I see them around. The amenities are great and usually not busy since not all of the units are available for rent yet. I really like the 24/7 access to the clubhouse to work or hang out. The gym, pool, and pickleball court are also brand new. Every once in a while they throw a social event for all the residents which is really fun. All in all this complex is great if it’s in the budget.

We moved in a couple weeks ago and so far it has been amazing. It's a very secure facility and feels very comfortable. Even during the construction phase they keep everything clean. The management is very friendly and helpful. The pool and clubhouse are fun and we enjoy it often. The fitness center is also very clean and everyone is very respectful. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Move in was seamless and the office manager was wonderful to work with and has continued to be wonderful! The maintenance is on site and so kind and just overall seems willing to go above and beyond. They also are so good about keeping the facilities and the pool so clean and maintained. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Just sold my house and had been looking for the best place to live with teenage kids. Let me tell you that The Village Apartments has to be the most inclusive, high-end, lavish living space and resort-style feeling apartment I have ever had the opportunity to live. My teenagers love the gym, the pool, and activities that are within the community and super close to the village. Secure buildings with elevators, and secure access points for residents only. The staff is always so willing to help and aid in any needs or requests asked. If you haven't toured this place, book it now! Live, Love, Laugh. P.S. They have your trash picked up like room service!
